The club meets on the first Wednesday of each month except there are no meetings in January, July and August. Also the December meeting is a Christmas Party and the June meeting is a picnic. The club meets at the Village United Methodist Church, 200 Carmona Road, Hot Spring Village, AR 71909. A social half hour with coffee and donuts begins at 8:30 am with the main program starting at 9:00 am. Occasionally we also meet at Garvan Woodland Gardens, a botanical garden southeast of Hot Springs that is affiliated with the University of Arkansas.
The Club is organized exclusively as a non-profit educational society to promote knowledge of and interest in gardening, to stimulate interest in cooperative gardening, to study all aspects in the fine art of gardening and to increase the active interest and participation in civic beautification. The organization shall be not-partisan as provided in our Bylaws.
The annual dues are $15.00. More details of the club are provided on our Club Brochure. For further information you can speak with our club president, Craig Blackburn at (501) 915-8520.
